Easy Cooking Quality Beef Burgers

The secret of the great taste of Quality Beef Burgers is to cook them straight from the freezer. Quality’s own special quick-freeze seals in the natural beef juices and then slowly releases them during cooking. And because you don’t have to thaw Quality Burgers, there’re always ready to cook and serve.

Cooking Instructions

Glenmark Great Grillsby Patties are at their best when cooked DIRECTLY FROM THE FREEZER.

Outdoor Grill: For Medium: Preheat grill to 350°F or until charcoal briquets turn white hot, grill frozen patty 2-½ minutes. Turn patty and cook for 2 more minutes or until 160F internal temperature. Season with salt, pepper or garlic to taste.

Frying Pan: For Medium:Preheat fry pan over medium-high heat; place frozen patty in uncovered pan; fry patty 2-½ minutes or until 160°F internal temperature. Season with salt, pepper or garlic to taste. NOTE: Using a covered fry pan may reduce the cooking time.

Broiler: For Medium: preheat broiler, broil frozen patty for 4-½ minutes. If desired, turn patty at 2-½ minutes for even browning or until internal temperature reaches 160°F
