Cooking Instructions:

Preheat frying pan to about 375 ̊F (High).

Break up steak into 10 small pieces and place in pan.

While cooking, toss and stir with spatula until golden brown, for about 1 minute.

Serving suggestions:

• Lamb Cheesesteak: Cook steak for about 1 minute. Melt 3 slices of white American cheese on meat, season to taste with salt and pepper, serve in a fresh Italian roll.

• Gyro: Cooked steak, lettuce, tomatoes, tsatsiki(cucumber sauce) or sour cream on pita.

• Lamb Stir-Fry: Stir-fry lamb, scallions, black bean sauce, and miced garlic. Serve with white rice.
• Morrocon Lamb Couscous: Stew steak, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, and cinnamon. Serve with couscous.
