Cooking Guidelines:

Preheat frying pan to about 375 ̊F (High).

Break up steak into 10 small pieces and place in pan.

While cooking, toss and stir with spatula until golden brown, for about 1 minute.

Serving Suggestions:

• Chicken Cheesesteak: Cook steak for about 1 minute and melt 3 slices of white American cheese on meat, season to taste with salt and pepper, serve in a fresh Italian roll.
